This page shows today's and tomorrow's planned power cuts by town, the 24-hour fault numbers, the water notices for Podgorica and the hourly air quality at the nine state stations. Planned power cuts in Montenegro are announced one working day ahead, usually in the early afternoon: the distribution company CEDIS posts a notice for each day with the municipality, the time window and the villages, streets and buildings without power, and postpones the works in bad weather. The lists below repeat those notices for today and the following days, with a filter by town. CEDIS announces planned works only; when the power goes off and your street is not on the list, call the 24-hour dispatcher for your municipality, shown next to each list.
Water notices cover Podgorica only: the city's water company posts each interruption with the area and the time the supply is due back, and the water section repeats them; faults are reported on 020 440 388. The water companies of Bar (vodovod-bar.me), Budva (vodovodbudva.me), Nikšić (vodovodnk.me) and Bijelo Polje (vodovodbp.me) post their notices on their own sites.
Air quality comes from the nine stations of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA): two in Podgorica, one for traffic at the Zetskih vladara roundabout and one for background air in Blok 5; one each in Nikšić, Bar, Pljevlja, Bijelo Polje and Kotor (Dobrota); and two outside the towns, Gornje Mrke near Podgorica and Gradina near Pljevlja. They measure nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide, ozone, PM10, PM2.5, carbon monoxide and benzene every hour, and each value is rated on the Common Air Quality Index (CAQI): 0 to 25 very low, 25 to 50 low, 50 to 75 medium, 75 to 100 high and above 100 very high pollution; a station shows its highest rated value. Budva, Tivat, Herceg Novi, Ulcinj, Cetinje and the other towns have no station and so no value. EPA publishes the data under CC0 and may correct them later; a station that has not reported for three hours shows no recent data. The forecast covers the weather itself, road conditions the closed roads, and in an emergency the number is 112 (emergency and health).
Planned power cuts
Planned works only, as CEDIS announces them, usually around 14:00 on the working day before. CEDIS postpones works in bad weather. Unplanned faults are not published: for a fault or an outage not listed here, call the CEDIS dispatcher of your municipality (24 hours).

Water interruptions in Podgorica
Podgorica only, from the notices of the water company (Vodovod i kanalizacija Podgorica). A notice gives the time the water returns, not when it stops, and the company may extend the works.

Common questions
Where can I see today's power cuts in Montenegro?
On this page: CEDIS, the power distribution company, posts the planned works for each day on its website, usually the working day before, by municipality with the time window and the places affected, and the list here repeats them for today and tomorrow with a filter by town. Works can be postponed in bad weather.
Who do I call when the power goes off?
Unplanned faults are not announced, so call the 24-hour dispatcher CEDIS lists for your municipality: 020 622 773 for Podgorica, Danilovgrad, Cetinje, Tuzi and Zeta, 030 316 534 for Bar, 033 458 517 for Budva, 032 322 911 for Kotor and 031 327 326 for Herceg Novi. The number for every municipality is next to its list.
Is there water information for towns other than Podgorica?
Only Podgorica's water company posts its notices in a form that can be read every half hour, with the area and the end time. Bar, Budva, Nikšić and Bijelo Polje have water companies with their own sites; other towns' companies post differently or not at all.
How is air quality rated?
EPA rates each hourly value on the Common Air Quality Index: 0 to 25 very low, 25 to 50 low, 50 to 75 medium, 75 to 100 high and above 100 very high pollution. A station shows its highest rated value. Towns without a station have no value.
Which towns have an air quality station?
Podgorica (two stations), Nikšić, Bar, Pljevlja, Bijelo Polje and Kotor, plus Gornje Mrke near Podgorica and Gradina near Pljevlja. The coast from Herceg Novi to Ulcinj has only the Kotor and Bar stations.
