Kamenovo is a 330 m sand beach between Bečići and Pržno, directly below the Adriatic highway in the municipality of Budva. It has parking close by, the Budva-Sveti Stefan city bus stops above it every 10 minutes, and a coastal footpath links it to Bečići and on to Budva. Cafés and restaurants stand on the beach, and in season it is one of the party beaches of the riviera, with beach volleyball, an outdoor gym, jet-ski and SUP hire, day parties and DJ nights.

Getting there and parking

By car, Kamenovo is right off the Adriatic highway between Budva and Sveti Stefan, with parking close to the beach. The city bus Budva-Sveti Stefan leaves Mediteranska street in Budva every 10 minutes from 06:00 to 22:00, then every 15-30 minutes until 01:30, and stops at Kamenovo on its way through Bečići, Pržno and Miločer; the Budva-Petrovac line, about hourly, stops here too. On foot, the coastal path from Budva through Bečići and Rafailovići ends at Kamenovo, with a short tunnel on the way.

Street parking in Budva municipality is zoned. In summer (1 May to 30 September) zone I costs €2 an hour for at most 1 hour, zone II €1.50 an hour for at most 3 hours and zone III €1 an hour, charged daily 07:00-24:00. An unpaid stay earns a €50 day ticket, reduced by a third if paid within 8 days.

The beach

Sand, 330 m long with an area of 10,500 m². Cafés and restaurants are on the beach itself. In the day the beach is for swimming and sport: volleyball, table tennis, an outdoor gym, jet-ski and SUP hire. From the afternoon on, the beach clubs run day parties and DJ nights, so it is not the place for a quiet evening swim in July and August.

Loungers and the free half

Every public bathing area must keep half of its length free of loungers and umbrellas and mark it, with a free strip along the water and a passage to the sea at least every 20 m. Lifeguards are posted at least one per 50 m of shore in July and August and one per 100 m in the other months of the season, which runs from May to October, when the bathing water is also tested.

Blue Flag

Two Kamenovo bathing areas held the Blue Flag in seasons up to 2024. The flag belongs to a concession, not to the whole beach.
