Cmiljača is a state ski centre under construction on Bjelasica above Bijelo Polje, with its base area at 1,570 m and a six-seat Leitner chairlift already standing. No lift runs and no ski pass is sold, and no opening date has been published. The operating centres on the same massif are Kolašin 1600 and Kolašin 1450, on the Kolašin side.
What is being built
The centre is named after a katun, a summer pasture settlement, on Bjelasica about 14 km from Bijelo Polje (21.2 km by road to the mountain hut, about 45 minutes' drive). It is one of the new state ski centres on Bjelasica and Komovi, built by the state company Skijališta Crne Gore, and is to be linked with Žarski in Mojkovac and with the Kolašin centres: Žarski and Cmiljača together are to have 14 lifts and 60 km of pistes.
The lift in place is the Z7, a six-seat detachable chairlift by Leitner with its top station at 1,907 m. Planned at the base are a base station with a restaurant, café, ski rental, first aid and toilets, four hotels and 22 bungalows. Piste length has not been published. The mountain hut at Cmiljača is already in use: it is open to hikers, school groups and sports clubs, including for altitude training.

Why it is not open
Construction has dragged on for years. In December 2022 the chairlift had stood for about three years without running: the site had no electricity, no water supply and no finished access road, and parts of the lifts and other equipment had been stolen. The centre was then valued at €23 million and had originally been due to open in 2022. State spending on it from the capital budget stood at over €17 million in 2026, about €700,000 of that in the two preceding years. An opening year has not been published.
