Pecka, also called Velja špilja, is a 100 m sand beach in Trašte bay on the Tivat side of the Luštica peninsula. It is partly private and partly public, with a summer beach bar, and it is reached by car from Tivat or on foot from the neighbouring beaches of Plavi horizonti and Oblatno. Once a wild cove, it now has a bar. It appears in the music video "Đe se kupaš" by the band Who See.
Getting there and parking
By car from Tivat across Luštica: the Luštica panoramic road leaves the big roundabout on the Tivat-Budva road and winds for 40 km through Bjelila, Krašići, Zabrđe, Klinci, Mrkovi, Tići, Mardari and Begovići to Luštica Bay, with narrow, steep stretches; Trašte bay is reached from it. On foot, Pecka is a short walk from Plavi horizonti and Oblatno, the beaches in the same bay.
The beach
Sand, 100 m long with an area of 1,420 m², in Trašte bay facing the open sea. Part of the beach is run by the summer beach bar "21 Beach Club" and part is public. The bathing-area concession is held by Luštica Development, the company behind the Luštica Bay resort in the same bay, next to Radovići.
Loungers and the free half
Every public bathing area must keep half of its length free of loungers and umbrellas and mark it, with a free strip along the water and a passage to the sea at least every 20 m. Lifeguards are posted at least one per 50 m of shore in July and August and one per 100 m in the other months of the season, which runs from May to October, when the bathing water is also tested.
Blue Flag
The bathing area "Pecka" (13E) has been in the pilot phase of the Blue Flag programme, a preparatory step and not a flag. On the same peninsula, the Hotel Chedi Luštica Bay area (13C) and the two Plavi horizont areas (12A1 and 12A2) have held the flag.

- Plavi horizonti, the largest beach in Tivat municipality, in the same bay.
- Bigovo across Trašte bay on the Grbalj coast, and Ploče at Platamuni cape beyond it.
- Žanjice and Mirište on the Herceg Novi side of Luštica.
