Štegvaš is a built viewpoint on the road towards Ostros, south of Skadar Lake, listed by the Bar tourist office and built by the Ulcinj one. The Bar tourist office lists it with coordinates and free parking and says the whole lake is in view; the Ulcinj tourist office, which built it, describes the view the other way, over the Bojana basin from source to sea, the old town of Šas (Svač), Šas lake and the Anamalsko polje.
What you see
Both boards are describing the same ridge from different sides. To the north, the whole of Skadar Lake (Bar tourist office). To the south, the Bojana basin, the ruins of Šas, Šas lake and the Anamalsko plain (Ulcinj tourist office).

How to get there
- GPS: 42.0646437, 19.3739803, from the Bar tourist office's listing map, which gives the location as Ostros.
- By road: on the road towards Ostros (Ulcinj tourist office).
- Parking: free (Bar tourist office). The listing is tagged for cycling and hiking.
OpenStreetMap maps the pass here as "Stegvaši" at 480 m, about 20 m from the Bar point; that altitude is not from an official source.
Facilities
The Ulcinj tourist office built Štegvaš as one of its first two viewpoints, with Valdanos, and fitted it with a solar "smart bench" offering free Wi-Fi, phone charging and its own LED lighting.

Which municipality
The Bar tourist office lists the viewpoint; the Ulcinj tourist office built it. The site is most likely on the Bar-Ulcinj boundary, and neither board states which side it falls on.
Nearby
Along the lake's south shore are the Bar tourist office's other lookouts: Livari and Murići, and Godinje further north-west. The Ulcinj board's second built viewpoint overlooks Valdanos bay on the road from Ulcinj.
